Disputes are the disagreement between two businesses followed by one party no in agreement with the contract they are both in. Business disputes therefore occurs between two business that have done business together but in the course of business they end up in disagreement on the contract they were in .
Ways of solving Business Disputes:
Arbitration- Is the process of resolving disputes between two parties where the the third party listen to both of them and makes a final judgement in favor of one of the two parties.
Mediation- Also involves a third party to assist parties resolve their disputes. Unlike arbitration, mediators are not allowed to make judgement but assist the parties agree on themselves.
